Board has approved shifting of registered office, outside the local limits of the city. But the resolution for postal ballot etc. has not been passed. We wish to shift the registered office after two months.
Can we go for postal ballot in July, 2016?
Why not? It is the discretion of the board to decide when to issue postal ballot to shareholders.
