Ours is a Listed Company.The Company is going to increase its share capital. Since it is a listed company the co wants to obtain the approval of the shareholders by way of POSTA BALLOT.
KIndly provide me the check list for conducting postal ballot and documentation if possible.
Refer section 192A alongwith Companies (passing of resolution through postal ballot) rules 2001....
