Postage shipment documents

Thanks for this wonderful oppurtunity to join in this forum.

My Query:

I received Documentary DVDs thru Post. I need to make foreign payments transfer to that supplier. But i have only invoice only. If i submit that alone can i able to make foreign payment. There is no documents received by us alongwith parcel.

Any documents are necessary to make foreign payments for parcel received thru Postage?
