Yes. Although the ICAI website has not hosted any notification as such. But eminent teachers are circulating the news. And in all places of TN and Some place in AP I believe.

Notification I got @ 2.40AM in ICAI app. November 15, 2015 IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT POSTPONEMENT OF GROUP II PAPER- 8 INDIRECT TAXES OF FINAL EXAMINATION, SCHEDULED ON 16TH NOVEMBER, 2015 IN SPECIFIED CITIES IN THE STATES OF TAMIL NADU AND ANDHRA PRADESH ONLY. It is hereby notified for general information that in view of heavy rains and consequent disruption of normal life in the coastal areas of Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh, the Chartered Accountants Final (Group II), Paper � 8, Indirect Taxes, scheduled on 16th November 2015, in Chennai, Vellore, Pondicherry, Kumbakonam, Tiruchirapalli, Madurai, Sivakasi, Tirunelveli and Tuticorin cities in the state of Tamil Nadu and Nellore, Tirupati, Ongole, Guntur, Vijayawada, Kakinada, Rajamundry and Vishakapatnam cities in the state of Andhra Pradesh stand rescheduled and the examinations in the said paper shall now be held on 26th November, 2015 at the same venue(s) and at the same timings i.e. 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM (IST).
