I want to obtain post facto approval from FIPB. What is the procedure for the same. Do I have to file the 'FIPB Application Form for Fresh Approval' which is available on the FIPB website ? Is there some other form to for Post Facto approval ?

I want to obtain post facto approval for issue of warrants from FIPB. Now application has to be made by way of e-fiing with submission of hard copy. They have specified a form 'FIPB application form for Fresh Application' on the website. So do we have to make an application in that form, or has some other procedure been specified ?
