My client has GST registration in gujarat state and he also has property in Maharashtra state. now he want to rent out maharashtra state property. What is the impact on GST.
I have to take a new registration in Maharashtra State or issue an IGST invoice from Gujarat state. Please kindly provide me guidance.

POS for the property is the state in which property exists. so apply GST for maharashtra state.
