Don't worry If you are not sure of your result start preparing from now.

As far as Change in ipcc , 

It is not going to change for May, 2013

Its very difficult that DTC will become applicable in india need not worry abt that

and yes tax slabs will get changed some new services might become applicabe .

Sorry to contradict your views !!

Actually I am too appearing for May 2013 IPCC Exams and there is a major change in ST and a few changes in IT and VAT.

The whole syllabus is changed for ST but not announced officially till now.

This is the reason NO Faculty of Tax has launched his book for ST

Actually Comprehensive Approach (w.e.f. 1.7.2012) in ST is applicable for MAY 2013 Exam so whole syllabus will be changed.

According to some Source, New Syllabus will be announced in Next 5-6 Days.

Contents of New Syllabus (likely to be announced, not sure about this):-

- Introduction to ST ( little change ) 

- Selective approach and Comprehensive Approach (In India now Comrehensive Approach)

- Negative List (new in syllabus)

- Mega Exemption ( a very few chance to include this )

- Registration ( a very few chance to include this )

- Valuation and Payment of ST

- Furnishing returns of ST 

Accounts- No change

Law- Most likely one or two amendments

Cost FM - No change

Tax- better buy a book

Adv A/c- No change

Audit- keep an eye on SAs applicability

ITSM - no change
