In today's Times there's mention of said portal ? What is it ?

How this portal can be used if there are 3 administrators and none trusts others ?

For Transmission of shares & dividends of deceased person what's the procedure ?

A) Send the application with necessary forms and documents to the company or their shares transfer agents ?

2) Do each co has it's own Investors Protection Fund Dept. ?
