So how Mr. Shyam pass this entry in tally & Can Mr, Shyam get 80C benefit in above PF (from(April,20 to Aug,20) ?

You are eligible to claim Section 80C benefits on your employee PF contributions reflected on your salary slips for the period. For Tally, use a Journal Voucher to record the arrears as a statutory liability to ensure your books reconcile with the payments eventually made to the EPFO portal.
