my companies has charged wrong depreciation previous year dat is 2010-2011 as well auditor couldnt able find out dis mistake is der any way to correct dis mistake .. cn anybody help me on dis i will be obliged ... plzz ...

In your question there was no clarity, please some more specifications. r u filed income tax returns or filed Form 23AC and 23ACA. In which u want to correct the mistake.
every thing already done ... wrong depreciation is charged as per comapnies act ... accounts have been adopted in AGM as well ... i wanna a correct dis mistake in my companies account as well as audit report if possible ....
