I think institute book is good enough.You can follow module testpaper & scanner for better preparation.
I think Padhuka book for CPT would be of great help for you for reference purpose. However study material of ICAI and module test paper is preferable.
I hope model papers given by CA Institute are sufficient.
Please be specific on the subjects on which you require the books. For example normally books are required for practical subjects and for theory Institute's material becomes sufficient.
