Plz urgent itr 4 revise fy 2017-18
I filled ITR 4 of FY 2017-18 but some balances are skip and wrongly taken in Balance sheet (FINANCIAL PARTICULARS OF THE BUSINESS).Now I want to change all balance what do. should i revise return or rectify it.

Will not help, as you wish to change financial details as a whole.
my return is processed & I got refund for the same. can i revise now u/s.139(5) IT act. because i read somewhere if my return is processed so you can't revise it.

You can revise it, even if your return is processed u/s. 143(1) IT act.
