In my opinion joining ICAI institute has its own advantages. I am a non commerce graduate myself and is a beneficiary of institute's coaching classes.

In my opinion u must go for private coaching or if possible tuitions.That will clear ur doubts better as u said u r a non-commerce graduate u can customize a tuition but not a coaching and control a tuitions pace also.
Joining ICAI classes is beneficial one and you can also prefer other coaching institutes classes. You can go for Prime academy if you stay in Chennai.

dear frens i want to share my problems wid u, my CA is only read to give me leave for 1 months 2 study as i'm goin to appear in may 2009 exam(PCC), how should i study or revise 2 pass in less time.

To be frank, there is nothing to do with coaching for CPT.. Itz quite simple.. But as you are being a non-commerce graduate, better you opt for institute itself.. pls dont give full responsibility to institute itself.. Always try to understand the basics and stick on it.. CPT is purely based on "what you know" rather than " what you Study".. Hope you can understand what i mean..

One main thing is, wherever you can go for classes, just try to stick on the basics.. Bcoz, CPT is all about " What you know " rather than "what you studied"..
