Plz refer my case for transfer

For personal reasons, i want to take transfer now from my firm. my father has build up a factory and a house in Una district of himachal pradesh, and i want to shift there.... I have a ca in contact there also who is willing to give me seat under him. can i take transfer from delhi to there on account of shifting of my father there??

if yes then plz tell me the full procedure. also tell me that can i give delhi's address for correspondence and will i be able to give my finals at delhi or at una.
