My friend, Vipin Sagar has got a letter from the institute in which he is warned not to declare his result if the confirmation letter for completion of articleship issued by institute is not submitted before 17th of Jan.
His articleship is completed on 5th of Oct'09 and form 108 is also submitted by him on 22nd of nov'09.
His principal is out of station and expected to be return after 17th of Jan.
Pls tell what are the consequence if his result is not declared on 17th of jan.
Better to contact institute in this matter... Also inform that Form has already been submitted...
I also recd same letter,form 108 already submitted,only thing is that its entry not made in institute,so contact ur regional offica(better meet directly)n show copy of submitted 108,main problem is peon lazy,not give file 2 concerned officer on time,the ca has no role as he is already signed officer,evenn noida branch of exam is also writing every regional office 2 tell ststus of student,non-complaince would definitelyresult non-declaration of result,but result will also relaese later on after complaince.THE HIGH TIME IS TO VISIT REGIONAL OFFICE IMMEDIATELY WITH COPY OF 108 N TELL AT LEAT DELETE NAME FROM LIST OF INELIGIBLE STUDENTS(SENY BY EXAM DEPT)ON BASIS OF SUBMITTED COPY OF 108.aNY PROBLEM,YOU MAY CONTACT ME 9971216232
