can any one help me n let me know whether i will be able to give my ca final attempt in nov 2010. i have already completed my 2n half years of my article ship, but i have my pcc attempt in may 2010.??

HI khushboo, ur finals attempt becomes due after 3.5 years of ur completion of articleship.....
as ur 2.5 years hv already completed, if ur articleship of 3.5 years complete by even october this year.., then u can go for nov-10....
No issue regarding PCC...

acoording to the ICAI new schwmw of education a student who had passed PCC exam may appear in CA final exam on completion of the practical training on or before the last day of the month preceding the month in which the examination is held.
u have completed ur 2.5 years of articleship now it means ur training is going to appear in Feb'10...... thus u cant appear in nov 10 final attempt.
