Hello, Can anybody help me when will be my attempt of C.A Final
my training was started on 5feb. 2007 & it should be completed on 4 Aug. 2010,
During this Period i had taken 125 leaves, except this i was not registered for 3 months & 9 days with any C.A before Xamination of PCC
so plz tell me when will be my final attempt Nov. 2010 or May 2011& whether xam days will be treated as leave or not & can i do this extended training after giving my final Exams.

DEAR NEHA, FOR APPEARING IN NOVEMBER-2010 ATTEMPT YOUR ARTICLESHIP SHOULD BE COMPLETED UPTO 31/10/2010, BUT AS PER YOUR POST YOU ARE ABLE TO COMPLETE YOUR ARTICLESHIP ON AUG-2010.
SO YOU CAB EASILY APPEAR FOR NOVEMBER-2010.

Hi neha.. not for any other reason, but yes for those 3M and 9D of unregistered period before PCC... ur attempt will get extend to MAY 11...
And wait, when u got again registered after that 3M & 9D.., u might have filled the ARTICLESHIP REGISTERATION form again, what date u mentioned in such new form???
That will decide ur attempt
U will be eligible to appear in Nov. 2010, but be clear if the period of 3 mths u talking is before the start of ur articleship or after that.
I had taken trf from old C.A on 27 March 2009 & got registered with new C.A on 8July 2009

Ok, in this case, no one can stop u from sitting for NOV 10....
Hi Neha at present time your training complation date is 15-11-2010, so your attempt is due in may 2011 due to 15 days is over and leave taken by u is irelevent.
