Hi all, Am Gaurav

After completion of CA I joined a mini-ratan psu which gave me a remote location. Due to recession I decided to join that psu. now after one year I got an offer from a navratan co. and am confused for two things:-

As they are not giving me the details of location of my posting before training.
I have to pay a big amount to present employer as bond amount to join that co.
there is another 4 years bond which I have to submit if I join that co. and for this co. I have already passed 1 year.

Please sugget me what should I do as I want to relocate to Delhi/NCR for future career growth.

If you have made an agreement with that company, you are bound by that agreement. So, if you want to join any other company you shall have to pay compensation as per the agreement. Simple. You have no other option to do.

Boss u r under an agreement so no other option except that u should compensate ur employer before leaving i think it is not viable,what say???????????????????

Actually I am quite prepared to pay the amount but confused whether I should do it or not
