Plz help me

Hi all, Am Gaurav

After completion of CA I joined a mini-ratan psu which gave me a remote location. Due to recession I decided to join that psu. now after one year I got an offer from a navratan co. and am confused for two things:-

1. As they are not giving me the details of location of my posting before training.
2. I have to pay a big amount to present employer as bond amount to join that co.
3. there is another 4 years bond which I have to submit if I join that co. and for this co. I have already passed 1 year.

Please sugget me what should I do as I want to relocate to Delhi/NCR for future career growth.
