Actually it happens to me usually
People scold me
& i can't defend myself at the moment even if i am right
n think a lot at home
get hypered till the next day
n then reply the other with anger and make him/her down
can anyone tell me what to do
why am i not able to react at the moment
why i am a tubelight not a bulb??
lack of confidance in yourself, need to devlope. focus to thing to do work everday , maintain office work diary as well write personal diary , keep open mind, read inspiration books , quotes. After prectising all this prob. solve. hav nice time

YR PROBM IS VERY COMMON, ALSO THINK THAT WHETHER PEOPLE R USING U FOR THEIR INTEREST OR NOT, THE PROBLEM IS VERY COMMON & SOME EXTENT GEOESTIC TOO, I THINK U R A VERY GOOD STUDENT & VERY GOOD ASSISTANT & THAT IS WHY U R FACING SUCH EGOESTIC PROBM. U MAY BE CORRECT BUT OTHERS R NOT RECOGNISING U, THIS THINGS R VERY USUAL IN REAL LIFE, IN MOST OF THE CASES SUPERIORS R PUTTING DOWN SUBORDINATES WHO R HAVING QUALITIES.
