WRITE UR ANSWER ALONG WITH SECTION (INCLUDING PROVISIONS).
but wat i heard that the answrs doesnt get marks unless if we present directly so it doesnt depends on section mentioning
Providing sections & Case laws, surely make an answer look good enough to fetch more marks. But at the Inter level, writing correct answers with proper presentation is enough. Dont over-stress upon the case laws & sections. Just Make Sure u knw the laws correctly.
yes, you can quote the Sec no and Case law only and no need to go in detail
