Best thing you need to do for articleship is start at the earliest.
Prepare a CV and start submitting to CA firms you wish to join.
Doing articleship is very important as it prepares you for you post CA career.

but sir do i just have to prepare cv & submit it to the ca firms or there areother formalities also regarding documents etc

THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF ALL FORMS, SAY, FORM102,103,
THEY WILL GUIDE YOU,OR SENIORS WILL PROVIDE YOU GUIDENCE ON HOW TO GO AHEAD
Don't wait for Marksheet online Pass Marksheet valid every where. Join Articleship before 30st april,2013. Then after you will not able to complete 2.5 years for due your finals on NOV-15.
