actual period served/6....................but In whole 3.5 years of articleship it come to maxmium of 180 days approx

It is calculated on the basis of the period served/6

Total no of days in 3.5 yrs                                          xx

-Total no of leaves actually taken                           (xx)

Actaul period served (a)                                              x

-1/6 of (a)                                                                    (x)

Bal leave availiable or excess leave taken                  x

It has been clearly explained in Training guide provided from ICAI.

Leaves shall be calculated on the basis of total no. of days u served divided by 6 subject to maximum 180 days of leaves.

In training guide issued to PCC students, the maximum of 180 days is not mentioned.
