B4 u leave, 1st try to find one gud firm through ur friends. If u did nt get any, then try to stay there..juz 1 year to go..try to manage it.

first of all..I would suggest find a Good firm before taking transfer...as searching new firm would take good amount of tym...oderwise its advisable to stay ther..provided its not affecting your final preparation...Nd you will have to give sound reason to institute to get a tranfer...for which your principal may or may not agree..ALL D BEST.

Oh..just 6 mnths left..then its nt advisable to take transfer. Mrover, easily u wont get another firm juz for 6 months. Instead of scratching ur head for althese transfer, providing valid reasons to the institute..why althese unnecessary tension juz for 6 months. stay there and finish off.

Yes, Suhani it is possible to take transfer anytime during 3 years of articleship. But problem is there.... if u take transfer after 1 year then u take transfer beyond 40km away from right now u undergoing articleship with permission of principal. And if u have doubt then send me pm. I face this typeof problem on past may - june.

See u have to provide valid reason to the institute, filing forms, searching new firm juz juz for very shorter period..why u taking unnecessary tense. Instead of this..juz 6 mnths so finish it in the present firm.

its possible to take transfer irrespective of how many month is remaining...But...in your case only 6 months are left..its vry much advisable to stay der Nd complete 6 months... as it would save your enegry Nd time searching new firm Nd doing oder transfer related procedures.

Yes, You can take transfer on the issues like, Fathers Job Transfer or any Medical Ground, 

and you must have NOC from your Current Principle,

all docs be submitted to Regional office.
