By virtue of my grammer and it's knowledge, i have tried to interpret your query. I think you are asking the procedure to be followed in back-dated articleship...right...so i would anser that...

YOu will have to submit all the general documents of registeration,i.e.form 102,103 and the date in stamp paer should be what you are claiming to be commencement date of your articles.... Secondly, you will have to submit copy of muster so that insti. knows you were working. Thirdly, your PRINCIPAL have to write an apology letter to the insti. that your documents din reach insti. in 6 months... Dude rest of the things are easy but you should have good termes wid your principal to make him do the 3rd one.

Hey one more thing...the apology letter must be hand-signed by your principal and membership no. is mentioned on it..
