plz help
sir in 134(1) if a company has CEO (appointed as director ) and 2 director one is MD then total of 3 should sign and in case of no CEO only 2 director should sign and one must me MD ??

If there is only two directors then both of them should sign , out of which one shall be MD ,if any.
that means if out of two no one is MD then also its sufficient if they both sign.
