THERE NO SUCH SISUATION ARISES TO GIVE A LETTER , THE GOOD THAT I WHOULD LIKE TO SHARE THAT GO TO INSTITUTE & GIVE A LETTER (2 COPIES, ONE OF THEM 4 ACKN.) ,REGARDIDING THAT MANTIONING YOUR PERSON REASON & NOTIFY ABOUT SISUATION.

There are no such condition. The best thing is that you will have to file your transfer papers and sign agreement on the same day so that suppose you terminate on 29-11 and sign from 30-11. Submit both acknowledgements and convince everybody. Transfer is a delicate situation. It will be done by request. Please keep cool. Good Luck.

It is not necessary that your new principal should give the letter to your old Principal.Termination in the sense both student and principal are mutually agreeing for termination.Your old principal wants to ensure that you are not going for dummy,because of that reason ,he wants the letter from your new principal.The one thing you can do is complaint to the board or compromise with your principal.

Hi Divya, urold employer can not inforce you to give this type of letter. if he ask u about this u should tell him that plz give me this in writing. Because as per icai act, he can not tell you to give this type of letter. i think he want that u should not leave his office. You should contact the institute and ask ur problem. at institute website www.icai.org you can get contact no. and email id of authority. Best of Luck

see divya the procedure for termination is u have to get form109 and duly fill it and take the sign of ur principal and then u have to go to institute and stamp it. then it will be authorised there is no need of any letter from ur new principal unless u take termination where is the question of new principal
