You can write to the SIRC and seek their help in this matter. However, fairness demands that if they have paid you excess stiphend and you want to leave them, you refund it. Why caary a moral load? Also courtesy demands that you do not name the firm. Please modify your posting and remove the name of the firm, otherwise U R in trouble.

yes if ur complaint reaches the institute then definatly will not be able to give ur exams. may be ur registration get cancelled bcoz ICAI is fully against dubby articleship so make sure either u r not taking dubby n if in case u want to take during exams than ur CA should not complaint otherwise u will be in trouble
