if we wrongly chose constitution of assessee ( a public company) as a pvt co in a st3 return ,do we need to revise the entire st3 return or is it ok ?

If service tax return (ST3) has been uploaded with wrong constitution of the assessee, then it won’t be accepted by the system in the first place.
The status will be shown as rejected.
Since the original return will stand rejected, there is no question of revised return. So, correct the constitution and upload it again as original return only.
