1.All benefits and perqs to employee ....are not input service as per Rule 2(l) of CCR,2004
For Eg.-ST paid by company (with premium) on Insurance policy taken on life of employees
2.ST paid on works contrcact, construction services etc.....are also excluded from the defin of input sercvices
