how to remember clauses of professional ethics.

is it necessary to write clause no. while answering the question of professional ethics?

is it necessry to write the same language of professional ethics as given in study material?

also give me any other tips for clearing final....may 13 is my 5th attempt and both group pending

Please guide me

Just try understanding th concept first . If you understood it , then try remembering the Clause and all.

Professional Ethics is about the CA Act and it is desirable to quote the schedules and clauses in order to fetch good marks. Make an effort to daily study and revise these clauses so that you will be able to remember them at ease.

ITS NOT NECCESARY TO WRITE A COPY TO COPY LANGUAGE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS....

BUT YOU SHOULD WRITE THE SAME IN OTHER WORDS BUT IT SHOULD BE IN LEGAL-CUM-AUDIT LANGUAGE SINCE YOU CANT USE A GENERAL LANGUAGE TO WRITE A PROVISIONS OF PROFESSIONAL ETHIS....
