Do we have to prepare bal sheet in vertical form only?is it applicable for ipcc nov'12 exams?

Yes Revised Shedule-VI is applicable for Nov.12 for both IPCC and FINAL.
u can find pc tulsians latest(2011-2012) A/c book with quick revision book for it.
