i m giving this may 2011 attept for Pcc.... have registered for both the groups. but since, m not confident about group II have decided to give only group I.

is is valid... i mean if i clear Group I will that be valid since have registered for both the groups but appearing only for 1...

plzzzz help

Yes, it is valid and you can paas pcc-1 group either you attend or not 2nd group exam.BUT I WILL RECOMEND PREPARE FOR 1st GROUP AND GAIVE YOUR EXAM...........

AFTER THEN WHEN FREE AFTER 1st GROUP THEN TAKE A CHANCE OF 2nd GROU WHO KNOW YOU PASSED THAT TO BY THE HELP OF FIRST GRPOU OR GET AN EXEMPTION...........

Yes you are free to appear for any group irrespective of the fact that you have filled the form... but as J.N JHA said you can try for group 2 after appearing for group 1. Unlike previous years, this time Group 1 and Group 2 exams are not mixed in IPCC i.e first there are complete group 1 papers and then group 2 papers... so you can try .
