Hi Chidambana,

First of all don't lose ur confidence n say you are not going to clear.. but still if u think you should prepare better, you can try joining coaching classes, as they don't only help u in subjects, but ur doubts in subjects can also be clarified with their help, giving u a better hold on ur concepts.. Jus try to learn the concepts well; Other things wold be easier then.

And just try to find any good classes in your city, or else plan for any other place..

Do not get confused.

You may go for coaching for practical subjects.

for theory, you can reffer following books-

1. Law-G.K.Kapoor/Munish Bhandari

2.Info.tech-Dinesh Madan

3.Auditing-Module/Surbhi Bansal Notes.

For Accounts do format topics well i.e.

insurance co,banking co, liquidation of co,electricity co

do non profit organisations well.

For Taxation-you can refer T.N.Manoharan

Capital gains,assessment procedures,Set-off,&salary with special focus

& other topics with concept clarity.

For Costing & F.M-

Do following chapters with special focus

Process costing,Std,Marginal,Overheads

Capital structure,Capital budgeting,funds & cash flow.
