it is complusary to complete the tranning before giving the final exam

i heard some student s written final exam before complition of articleship. donno how much true is tat

nope..new final (iecpt-pcc-final)can write final xam only after 3.5 years ie after articleship....bt my doubt is that whether it is cmplsry to send form 108 before apllying for xam??????

Its not compulsory........you can submit the form even after giving the exams but with fine n reason for late submission of the same if the time lag between completion of your training n submission of form is more than 30 days.
