First of all both the options have its own advantages and disadvantages and it mainly depends on ur likes and dislikes....

As per my opinion I can give following,

PRACTICE:  

• ADVANTAGES:
• I think for a CA, practice is the best one ..becuause we can utlilise most of our subject knowledge which we gained be putting lot of efforts and swet...
• Reputation is more in Practise say if u r a practicing CA the respect which is given by people is more......
• Individuality......say U r BOSs for Urself.....
• At the same time intially the earnings are low when compared to job but once u stabilise there is no limits....
• And finally when u went for a job , getting the profile which exactly matches with ur interest is rare....but in practice u can do what u want to do only say auditing ,income tax etc....
• last but not least.... if u went for practice initially ...and if u r  not satisfied then  u can change ur career at any time but if u go for job ...gettting back into practice is little bit difficult...

So think carefully and take ur own decision.....
