Pls provide info about termination

according to me pl dont take such decision, u should get transfer from present principal  and then registere with another ca for dummy articleship (collect info from your friends for dummy articleship)

if u r in 1st yr of articleship then u can get transfer without any condition,if >1 yr you have to fulfill condition if the institute.

thanks for the info. i do not want to take transfer bcoz it is of no use for me. 

for quitting only form 109 is to be submitted ? no specific rules are there right?

form 108 but i m not sure.

its form 109 for termination....i suppose
