Can anyone please tell what exactly are the exclusions from IDT ca final old course syllabus. Please tell what page nos and chap in icai module is excluded as per new notification from icai on 9/2/18..All YouTube videos are in Hindi.. so pls reply

Plz go through icai notifications... Rates chapter, exemption for supply of goods, TDS TCS provision on e commerce business, reverse charge supply under section 9(3) and corresponding section 5(3) and E WAY RULES

RCM on purchase from Unregistered dealer section 9(4 ) i. e suspended till 31.3.18
brother that is under 9(4) and yeah that is suspended which is already given in book I guess
amendment on icai knowledge portal
Yes 9(3) if for notified goods and services and corresponding section of 5(3) of igst section.... In short RCM provision is not applicable for may 18 exams...
RCM related to goods is only not applicable guys... related to service it is applicable... it is clearly mentioned in that notice...
