You can reverse the excess tax amount in April month GSTR 3B return...
In April : Actual ITC values (-) mistake value = Enter ITC values.

i have only noticed this error right now !! im going to file junes 3b right now and their is no purchase in this month !!

You ll reverse in GSTR 3B under
4 (B) (2)- others... and you ll pay interest @ 24% for wrongly claimed ITC...

Yes... Utilize or Not if You are enter excess ITC then the interest is applicable...
