When an investor get bonus shares when issued by a company. ?????? i.e. shares hold by an investor on date of bard meeting on which desision taken for bonus issue OR on the date of shareholders meeting when they approved that OR on the Record date of bonus shares OR any other date. Pls must solve my this problem. Thanks in advance

it is record date which can be different from the Board Metting & the date on which shareholders approved it

It's a record date on which bonus and dividend is received, so with meetings date and approval date has no affect on it..........:)
