pls help me with computer training centers currently running

hiii. i have clearedmy PE2 exams but i cant register for final because centres for computer training has been deaffiliated by ICAI. The local ICAI branch at agra does not seem to be in any hurry in opening any center in agra. thats why my registration for final is getting delayed day by day. so please tell me about other centers in delhi where ITT might be going on. please help me out. thanks in advance
