Gratuity limit is 3.5 lakhs for Nov2010 exams. Let other also comment.

The limit of Gratuity to be paid has been increased to  Rs10 lakhs through notification S.O. 1217(E) dated 24th May,2010.

ICAI guidelines say any amendment to be applicable in a particular exam will be taken into account only when it is 6 months prior to the date of exam. So in short, all amendments upto 30th April,2010 are applicable for Nov'10 exams, unless otherwise prescribed by ICAI through a notification.. For latest update refer CA Student Journal(Aug'10). It specifically says, this particular amendment is not applicable for Nov'10 exams
