Letter from BMC in regards to Payment of Additional Security Deposit sayin in conformity wid regulation 11 of maharashtra elec regln commn 2005, u are reqd to deposit wid d undertaking an amt euqivalent to d avg of 1month billing viz. Rs1056.As per our record ur present security deposit of Rs450 has become inadequate.U are therefore r...equested to pay addtl security deposit of rs.606. It is prepared on d basis of consumption record during d period from Apr'08 to Mar'09
i need ur suggestion..there are 3 parties -A - Property Owner
B - person who has taken on rent from A n gave to C
C - who got property from B on rent for official purpose
The above mentioned amt has to be paid by whom n why?

mostly all these conditions r already written down in the rent deed by the parties eg: who will pay the house tax ? rent deed says owner . it means owner will pay every year. generally if not mention the who has paid last yr he will pay this yr also . its part of continuous practice.
