Pls help....

i am one of the ipcc student who have joined ca at the age of 27 and still not able to clear out my second group of pcc (after conversions to ipcc it is unit 8). i have started my articleship on march 2008 and its was completed in sept 2011 . i have hardly complete my 2 years and thereafter due to financial problems joined industries but till date my form 108 is not submitted to icai . c.a is refus ed to give sign on form and ask for rejoin his firm.now i am not in position to quit the job but i have to complete my c.a. is there any way out. for ipcc exam its compulsory to take sign of registerd principle after 4 attempt. guys pls help me....
