no there is no provision for conversion of equity share. you can buy-back equity share and then issue redeemable preference shares

Equity share is a permanent capial of company. It can not be converted.

It amounts to reduction of capital sec 100

There is no conversion of equity shares....so equity shares cannot be converted,, u can just buy back and redeemed the shares
