RTP doesn cover all ammendments.........supplementary study paper helps a lot.

u can try for it.

As one thing which i would like to clear you that sometimes examiner expect more the enough from a examinee . I hope you understand what i want to say.So jaut aupdate you till date .

If you have not suffiecient time then you shuld review major thing like Finance Budget 2009-10

As you are in PE-II so jus  review major topics like changes in Budget , changes in TDS w.e.f 01/10/2009 ........
