i hav a doubt regarding termination!

I HAV DONE 18TH MONTH ARTICLESHIP AND NOW I WOULD LIKE TO TAKE TERMINATION FROM THE FIRM AND I AM PLANNING TO JOIN IN AN ANOTHER FIRM ONLY AFTER 5 MONTH ie ONLY AFTER NOVEMBER. IS DER ANY PROBLEM IF I JOIN ONLY AFTER SUCH A LONG TIME. AND IS DER ANY FINE CHARGED FOR DIS DELAY IN JOINING?

I AM GOIN TO WRITE EXAM ON NOV2009 SO AT DAT TIME IS IT COMPULSORY DAT WE SHOULD GET D SIGNATURE FROM OUR PRINCIPAL WHILE FILLING THE EXAM FORM.SINCE I WONT BE HAVING ANY PRINCIPAL AT DAT TIME. WILL DIS AFFECT MY ARTICLESHIP OR MY EXAM?

SO PLZ ANSWER TO MY QURIES SOON...

Hi, friend

Firstly let me tel u that the transfers from one firm to another has been resrticted to certain cases, hence should ensure that u should read that the announcement regarding the transfer of article to ensure that whether u are eligble for transfer or not.

Secondly if u regster with another firm after the gap of 5 months , then these 5 months won't be counted in ur articleship, and if u join another firm then u need register with in one month from date of joining , if u register after the one month then only u r reqiured to give fine.......

Please check the examination form , whether they had mentioned any other name expect the name of Prinicipal officer, if the name is there then u need not get ur form signed from ur prinicpal
