When i try to upload return with DSC I am facing error as follows
"Please upload lattest dsc regitered with efiling application"
This error is promted even after successfully siginng return but on click of submit button.
As far as i know this is not Java Problem.
I also checked validity of DSC which is valid upto 2017.

DSC only in .pfx format is accepted. If the dsc is in .cer format then the same will not be accepted. DSC in USB Tokens are also accepted.
Also check the java runtime environment is 1.6 and above. If not install it. If its already installed then go to internet options - advanced - settings - enable the check box for java.
Try using Mozilla Firefox or internet explorer as your browser instead of other browser.
Few possibilities I have mentioned, hope any 1 should resolve your issues
