Please spare your 2 min and advice me what to do??

Dear Friend

You first contact with the ICAI branch. you collect all detail for transfer. you not require to contact with your principal (CA where you do articleship) for transfer. because when institute confirm your transfer than you easily take this. so i think you as soon as contact with ICAI branch. if u not satisfied from branch person answer than take contact no. and E-mail address of the resposible person at regional level. i belive that they can easily solved your problem.

I am also want to know you request to your principal oral/written. if u have proof for request than  also bring togeather when u go to branch or forward mail.

because in the first year articleship change the principal after approval taken from the institute.

Thank you Rahul. Prateek as far as my knowledge is concerned, i think one can take transfer with mutual consent only.. That's why I'm worried. I asked my CA orally and expalined to him why I want to take transfer but straightaway he denied..

e-sahaayataa replied -during first year transfer is allowed provided your principal agrees. So convince your principal in a better way that he agrees.

Well I have convinced him in the best possible manner and still he is adamant at his place. Please somebody suggest me any other way out?? It's very urgent.

without principal consent you can't relive and he is denied means no way to out from him but you will try to adjust and overcome the problem bcs many students have some problem for articleship we wan't overcome otherwise post your problem here many experts here for solving advising you.
