I filled up the exam form for all the 4 groups of cs professional but due to some reason now i am appearing only for 2 groups (i.e.1st and 4th)so it is advisable that not to appear in 2nd a 
nd 3rd group..and if yes will it help me for set-off ....for eg.if in 1st grp i scored 110 and in 4th 95 will that 10 extra mrks will setoff against my 4th grps if i will be absent in 2nd and 3rd group...

No you wont get set off.
Set off is only for those who gives all the 4 Module together.
