We are Company, our gst registration is in maharashtra, we are going to execute solar project ( Mixed supply) soon in madhya pradesh and uttar pradesh with the help of subcontractor, my question is whether we should do gst registration in madhya pradesh and uttar pradesh seperately?

As you are already registered with Maharashtra, you will need to get registered with MP & UP GST.
Even your supplies are also to be reflected as exempted supplies but definitely to be incorporated in GST returns.

OK , I think you Can apply for " Casual Taxable person. registration " you have to confirm , it's applicable to you or not . It's temporary registration. you have to take registration prior to 5 days of commencement of business. just confirm.
I think, you need to obtain GST registration (Normal) in the respective States in which you are planning to effect supply. You can obtain temporary registration as Casual Taxable Person only if you occasionally undertake transactions. Validity of Casual Taxable Person is only 90 days. So depending on the project, you may decide.
I would like to add, validity for Casual taxable person is '90 days, however he may get extension further.
Yes, you should consider registering for GST separately in Madhya Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh for your solar project.
